Sarah Bellum’s Bakery & Workshop

Naming, Identity, brand launch

Sarah Bellum’s Bakery & Workshop is a not-for-profit, social enterprise bakery that supports adults with acquired brain injury (ABI), helping them return to work, play, and life by baking delicious, hand-crafted cupcakes. After launching at the Portland Farmer’s Market for two successful summers, Sarah Bellum’s opened a brick and mortar location in Multnomah Village.

Plazm partner Joshua Berger, himself a survivor of a Traumatic Brain Injury, worked closely with the client on this launch. Plazm did the naming—Tiffany Lee Brown came up with the winner. She also drew the handwritten signature for Sarah Bellum that became the final logo.
