A package needs to command attention in a busy retail environment. But packaging goes well beyond that attention-getting moment. Interacting with a package—the unboxing—is an integral part of how people feel about what’s inside. When designing a package, we seek to understand not only the audience and the communication objectives, but the full experience we want to impart.
