Fast Retailing, based in Japan, sought to reintroduce the Uniqlo clothing brand to American customers. Plazm designed a series of spreads running in the New York Times. The first ad began with a personal letter from Tadashi Yanai, founder and CEO of Uniqlo; following ads celebrated the nimble spirit of the brand and the clothing itself.
